Account Deletion

1. How to delete your account

You can delete the anonymous account currently used in MiraiGrid and its related data by following these steps in the app.

• Open the MiraiGrid app.
• Open the settings screen.
• Select "Delete account and data".
• Review the confirmation screen and complete the deletion.

2. Data that will be deleted

After deletion, the following data will no longer be available in the app.

• Anonymous account, user ID, and API token
• Plan information and in-app usage state
• Projects, Mandala charts, cell content, progress, priorities, and completion dates
• AI generation inputs, generated results, AI coach history, and usage count information
• Transfer code information
• In-app feedback

3. Data that may be retained

The following data may be retained where necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, troubleshooting, and security.

• Subscription purchase tokens, transaction IDs, expiration dates, and billing platform information
• Logs required for fraud prevention and security response
• Records required for legal, accounting, or payment verification purposes
• Data that temporarily remains in backups

4. Retention period

Regular account-related data is retained for a limited period after deletion for recovery prevention, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention, and is then deleted or anonymized.

Records required for payment verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, troubleshooting, or security response may be retained for the period necessary for each purpose.

5. Notes

After deletion, the deleted anonymous account and related data cannot be restored.

Because MiraiGrid uses anonymous accounts, we may not be able to identify the target account from an inquiry alone. Please delete the account from inside the app while using the account you want to delete.
